Enrollware
We use enrollware to track all classes taught. It is a great resource for instructors to see what they taught, who they taught, and when they taught. It also has all student information if/when a student needs it. Use of enrollware is always free for aligned instructors. Contact us if you need your username and password.
Big Texas CPR LLC Company App
We use an app to capture all class, skill session only events, and student information, including rosters, skill sheets, tests, evaluation forms, and student completion certificates (after student finishes online course). All Instructors MUST use the company app to submit class / course information every time they make contact with student(s). The app also has information on how to order codes, books, and training material. Instructors can access the app on phones, tablets, and computers. Contact us if you need your username and password.
Instructor certification, renewal, and alignment
Instructor status is a 2-year term, it comes with alignment. All instructors must be current and aligned with a Training Site / Center to teach students. Instructors must teach at least 4 classes during their 2-year Instructor term. Skill Session only events are considered classes for this requirement. The initial alignment fee is waived if we conducted the initial instructor class, it is included in our instructor course fees. Recertification with realignment must be completed within one month of instructor’s 2-year term expiration date. While we try our best to remind instructors of their upcoming expiration, it is each instructor’s responsibility to stay current.
