Instructors should always order cards, books, materials, for classes and skill sessions, at least one week prior to contact with students.

Prior to contact with any student - all instructors must tell us when/where/what they are teaching at least 24 hours before contact with students. We will create your class / skill session in HOVN.app so that you can access the information.
